Definitions

“Company” means GCB JEWELLERY L.L.C., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents.
“Customer,” “User,” or “You” means any individual or entity purchasing products or accessing our services.
“Products” means jewelry, gold bars, and other precious metal items offered by GCB Jewellery.
“Services” means sales, custom design, consultation, and related services provided by GCB Jewellery.
“Website” means www.gcbdubai.com and any subdomains owned or operated by GCB Jewellery.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not make any purchases or use our services.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases
  • You represent that you are legally permitted to enter into this Agreement
  • If acting on behalf of an entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity.

Product Information

  • All products are subject to availability
  • Gold purity is certified as 995 or 999.5 as specified
  • Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly
  • Prices are subject to change based on current gold market rates

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in AED and USD
  • Gold prices fluctuate based on LBMA rates
  • Payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards
  • Full payment required before delivery or collection

Returns and Refunds

  • 14-day return policy for unworn jewelry with original receipt and packaging
  • Gold bars: Returns accepted within 7 days if unopened and with certification intact
  • Custom pieces are final sale – no returns or exchanges
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

Warranties

  • Lifetime warranty on craftsmanship for jewelry
  • old purity guaranteed with certification
  • Warranty void if products are altered or repaired elsewhere

Shipping and Delivery

  • Local delivery within Dubai: 1-3 business days
  • International shipping: 5-10 business days
  • All shipments fully insured
  • Signature required upon delivery

Custom Orders

  • 50% deposit required to begin custom work
  • Design approval required before production
  • Completion time: 2-6 weeks depending on complexity
  • Final sale – no returns on custom pieces

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCB Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
